The Process:
Stage One
An initial diagnostic meeting to assess whether you will be accepted onto the programme:
On agreement we then establish:
- objectives and desired outcomes/benefits.
- explore levels of existing skills/knowledge/behaviours and patterns
- set out a plan for the coaching goals
Stage Two
Receipt of first set of materials
Regular one-to-one 30 minute telephone coaching sessions, three times per month with personal coach to explore main challenges, consider options, goals and routes to success
Stage Three
Review final plan and implementation
YOU WILL LEARN:
For Work:
- To recognise styles of communicating, assessing your own style and recognising the areas in which you would chose to enhance and those you excel at.
- Understand essential differences in others communication and motivational systems and learn flexibility in your style to give appropriate motivational responses.
- Demonstrate ability to use language and phrasing to motivate and communicate.
- Gain faster understanding and support of ideas with colleagues and family members enhancing team work.
- Understand what truly generates a compelling goal and learn to enrich your own and others visions.
- Identify your core values, or yardsticks, by which you, your family, or your company base decision making on, no matter what the context.
- Learn to give feedback (and accept it) in a way that people can hear it, accept it and act on it.
For Yourself:
- Develop the internal flexibility and emotional strength to respond appropriately and creatively to events and changes in your workplace and in the home.
- Learn how to build and commit to productive working relationships within your team and external clients, or family.
- Question and listen in a way that you discover your own and others real outcomes and feelings.
