We're now recruiting mentors for Cohort Three.
The format of the briefing:
• Arrival: Coffee and breakfast from 9am at The Copthorne, Dudley.
• The brief: What mentoring involves — three mentees each, fortnightly sessions, six workshops, one day of mentor development, full access to the C-Coach platform.
• The case: Why directors are particularly suited to this, and what you and your organisation get back — coaching skills that transfer to your team, change management capability, ESG and civic credibility, and a named association with Dudley BS, WMCA and the University of Wolverhampton.
• Questions: Open floor before you decide anything.
No commitment is asked of you on the morning — just two hours to see if it's right for you.
