About Our People 

 
Richard Bisiker
Richard Bisiker is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors(IoD) also Highly Commended in IoD 2017 & 2018 Awards. He is an experienced Non-Exec Director, Board Chairman and Trustee, advising on and delivering business growth strategies for SMEs and mid-sized organisations to drive profitability. 4000 hours of recorded 1-1 Coaching time and over 1400 participants have gone through his programmes. 
 
Richard is the founder of Personal Summits Ltd and an Independent Non Executive Director for several organisations. He has also established ‘Approved ILM Learning Centres’ to deliver Leadership & Coaching Qualifications at Director level.  
 
Over the last 30 years he has operated and coached within a wide variety of cultures working within the UK, Far East, Europe and America, an experienced Executive Coach with excellent communication and relationship skills and high energy for challenges - He also applies his leadership skills directly as a private pilot in his PA24 Comanche flying in the UK and Europe.  
 
Florence Madden 
Since starting my business in 2002 with 13 years training and development experience within commercially driven environments, I have been developing a strong track record of helping others to achieve and grow. 
I am passionate about seeing people and organisations thrive and succeed, and I am passionate about the part that development plays in that. 
Peter Hill 
Peter has been working as an executive coach for the past seven years, in the arena of corporate coaching for the past nine years and in the field of development and consultancy for the past 15 years. 
 
Peter has been involved with most of the UK’s coaching qualifications and has a good overview of the UK coaching scene. He has been instrumental in preparing the groundwork of Coaching Standards in the UK with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council. 
He has just written “Concepts of Coaching” published by the Institute of Leadership & Management. Peter uses the person-centred approach to coaching that has been developed in the field of counselling which allows his clients to develop their own solutions through guided learning. 
 
He is a qualified coach from the University of Strathclyde. He co-founded the School of Coaching at The Industrial Society. He has developed seven UK Coaching Qualifications, and is a Business Master Practioner Certification in (NLP)Neuro Linguistic Programming.
